The Divi Little Bay Beach Resort is situated on a private peninsula in Dutch St. Maarten, approximately a mile from Philipsburg and seven miles from Princess Juliana International Airport. Local attractions include Princess Casino, Dolphin Casino, and the town of Marigot.

Hotel amenities include three freshwater pools, a beachside bar, Internet cafe, lighted tennis courts, fitness room, beauty salon, the Divi water sports center, guest laundry, childrens activities, car rental desk and a full-service activities center. Onsite dining options include Toucans Cafe, Seabreeze Restaurant, and Bayview Cafe. There is also a min-market, Petit Marche, with souvenirs and groceries. The Indulgence by the Sea Spa features massage therapies, facials, body treatments, and other deluxe spa treatments.

All room renovations were completed in 2009 and the newly redecorated rooms feature modern granite countertops, rich dark woods, and contemporary furnishings in a palette of pale blues, white and beige. Standard guest room amenities include A/C, TVs, clock radios, and private patios or balconies.
